Based on diverse psychologically grounded perspectives, with a special focus on culture and intercultural communication.

In a complex world, our observations, conclusions, and actions should reflect this complexity. My communication and team development aim to empower teams to successfully operate within their complex environment and their own internal complexity. To do so, I integrate perspectives from psychology, sociology, and business to grasp complexity and support teams in navigating it successfully.

In today’s fast-paced world, merely reacting to external changes at specific moments is no longer enough. Teams need a development orientation. They should be ready to learn and act on all levels and operate within a communication infrastructure that enables them to quickly exchange ideas, information, and decisions in all directions. Together with the teams, I build this infrastructure and foster a team culture that supports information exchange in all directions – based on psychological safety, appreciation, and clarity.
